Summer Picnic — Special Event
Join us for a summer picnic — and let’s put our endorsement into action!
We recently endorsed Christian Vukasovich, and this picnic is where we roll up our sleeves and get to work. Stop by our activity stations to:
- Make Vote Blue bracelets to wear and share
- Write postcards to support his campaign
- Punch your own “Vote for Christian” pinback button
Come ready to connect, create, and help get out the vote! Time with like-minded people is more important than ever. Let’s exchange ideas, commiserate over the news, and leave feeling recharged and ready for the work ahead as we prepare for the Midterms. Since we won’t be meeting in July, this is a great opportunity to catch up with everyone—and a perfect time to bring a friend!
This event is kid friendly! We’ll be gathering at the Maple Pavilion at Island Park, which has a playground right nearby, so bring the whole family and let the kids play while you connect with fellow members.
We’ll be providing catered sandwiches from Downtown Dempsey’s; just bring your own side dish and drink.
