Lenawee Indivisible is marching in the biggest parade of the year—and we need YOU with us.
We were 700+ strong at No Kings—now let’s be the biggest and boldest group in the Lenawee County Fair Parade.
This is a joyful, high-visibility way to spread our message, have fun, and let folks know: if you believe in liberty and justice for all, you’re not alone.
Whether you walk, ride, wave, decorate, or donate candy, you’re part of what makes this happen!
URGENT: Do you have access to a large-capacity vehicle (truck + trailer)? This is our biggest need—many participants can’t walk the whole route. One LI member has offered a Mustang convertible for the parade, but a truck and trailer would make a huge difference!
✅ One of our amazing volunteers has offered their truck and trailer for the parade. We’re so thankful for this generous support!
If you can lend a hand in any way—walking, decorating, driving, recruiting, or donating—please contact us ASAP at lenaweeind@gmail.com or via Facebook Messenger.
As soon as we hear from you, we’ll share more details:
✔️ Where to meet
✔️ Signage and decoration plans
✔️ How to safely hand out candy and flower seeds
✔️ Indivisible’s approach to community organizing
We are joyful, nonviolent, and united by our love of country. That spirit is at the heart of everything we do.
Parade route starts at Thee Old Mill on College Ave → proceeds down E. Maumee → ends at the Fairgrounds entrance on E. Dean St. Although GPS says it’s a 35-minute walk, parades move sloooowly.
When people see our joyful, united crowd standing up for democracy, they’ll remember. Let’s be that crowd!
If you can help in any way, please email us at lenaweeind@gmail.com or use FB messenger ASAP. Thanks for everything you do to defend democracy and live our shared values!
