On June 14—Flag Day and Donald Trump’s birthday—the president wants tanks in the streets and a made-for-TV display of power.
But real power doesn’t come from military parades in Washington.
It comes from us—the American people.
“No Kings” is a nationwide day of defiance against authoritarianism. From big cities to rural towns, from courthouse steps to community parks, people across the country will gather to remind the world what democracy truly looks like.
Lenawee Indivisible will join forces with our grassroots partners in Michigan’s 5th District to make this the largest mobilization we’ve ever had.
📣 Details are coming soon—but for now, mark your calendar: Friday, June 14.
The American flag doesn’t belong to Donald Trump.
It belongs to all of us.
We’re not here to watch history unfold.
We’re here to shape it.
On June 14, we’re showing up—everywhere he isn’t—to declare:
🛑 No thrones.
👑 No crowns.
🚫 No kings.
A Note on Safety and Nonviolence:
“No Kings” events are rooted in a commitment to peaceful, lawful civic action. All participants are expected to de-escalate tensions, act nonviolently, and follow local laws. Let’s make this a safe and powerful statement of our values.
