EVENT SUPPORT
Greeter / Welcome Team – Make newcomers feel comfortable and answer questions at meetings.
Set-Up Crew – Help arrange banners, flags, tables, and materials before events.
Sound & Tech Manager – Set up microphones, speakers, or projectors so everyone can hear and see.
Talent Scout for Democracy – Got an ear for a good speaker? Help us find the folks who can deliver powerful speeches, share their stories, and fire up a crowd.
Accessibility Coordinator – Ensure our events are welcoming to all (seating, ramps, hearing devices, etc.).
Hospitality Crew – Coordinate snacks, drinks, or potlucks to keep everyone fueled.
Safety / Security Team – Help maintain a safe, peaceful environment during actions and rallies.
Communications
Instagram Manager – Promote Lenawee Indivisible’s work with engaging short-form video and photo content.
TikTok Manager – Engage a younger audience in Lenawee with engaging short-form videos that promote democracy.
Bluesky Manager – Post updates, answer questions, and keep our community connected.
Photographer / Videographer – Capture the energy of our actions and meetings.
Press Liaison – Write press releases and reach out to local reporters.
Organizational Support
Meeting Minute Taker – Take notes and share action items from meetings.
Swag & Spirit Lead – Help create and manage LI shirts, pins, or gear, so members and supporters can show their Indivisible pride.
Fundraising Manager – Organize donation drives and help us grow resources.
Logistics Planner – Reserve venues, schedule events, and keep calendars coordinated and accurate.
Volunteer Coordinator – Match volunteers with the roles and projects that fit them best.
Community Engagement
Canvassing Captain – Lead and encourage others in door-knocking or phone banking.
Information Table Manager – Set up and run an info booth at events, keeping materials stocked and ready, and answering questions about who we are.
Membership Nurturer – Follow up with new members to get them connected.
Outreach Liaison – Connect us with faith groups, nonprofits, and allies.
Spanish Language Coordinator – Translate materials and help us reach more neighbors.
Youth Engagement Lead – Welcome high school and college students into the movement.
Creative & Educational
Workshop Leader – Teach a skill (media literacy, organizing, storytelling, etc.) at our monthly gatherings or during community events.
Issue Explainer – Turn complicated political topics into clear, plain-language handouts or guides for our website.
Art & Sign-Making Lead – Organize creative projects for rallies and parades.
Musician / Performer – Add music, spoken word, or performance to our actions.
Researcher / Fact-Checker – Dig into policies, bills, and issues that affect Lenawee.
